Business Development Executive MBA / PGDM in Sales/ Marketing Fresher to 5 Years of Experience. Gender: Male / Female Job Description Good project management skills. Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships. Maintaining and updating customer databases. Developing new clients by research analysis of market trends and variables such as cost etc. and providing them with superior service. Report daily, weekly and monthly status to management. Responsible for client retention and generating repeat business Creative and innovative. Good attention to detail. Self- motivated ability to manage campaigns with minimum of supervision. Good communicator provides clear, concise written/ verbal communications appropriate to the audience Requirements Excellent convincing , interpersonal and communication skills . Must have good understanding of the market, and the business requirements of the client. Should be technically sound. Analytical ability and commercial awareness. Able to achieve the targets within the given deadline Achieving allocated business Targets. Should be energetic and willing to travel.
