We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and updating company data accurately and maintaining proper digital records related to production, inventory, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter daily production, inventory, and dispatch data accurately into company databases or ERP systems.

Maintain and update customer and supplier records.

Prepare and verify invoices, purchase orders, and stock registers.

Cross-check entries for accuracy and completeness.

Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Coordinate with production and accounts departments for data reconciliation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).

Typing speed: minimum 3040 words per minute.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Prior experience in data entry or administrative work in a manufacturing setup preferred.

Candidates staying near office, are preferred.
