Job Title: Full Stack Developer Java, Spring Boot, React, Kafka
Location: Bangalore / Hyd
Experience Level: 815 years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Lead resources with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and modern cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable applications using microservices architecture, integrating with messaging systems like Kafka, and deploying on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience with AlloyDB or PostgreSQL is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
- Build and manage microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Integrate with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging.
- Work with GCP services for cloud-native application deployment and scalability.
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries using AlloyDB/PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
- Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and API development.
- Experience with Kafka for event-driven architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with PostgreSQL/AlloyDB.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Interview Process:
- Technical Screening: Hands-on coding assessment.
- Panel Interviews: Backend, frontend, and system design rounds.
- Final Round: Communication and behavioral assessment.
