Job Description
Job Title: Copado Release Manager
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Noida (Hybrid)
Shift Timings: UK Shift (1:00 pm to 10:00 pm)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Copado Release Manager with a strong background in Salesforce to lead our release management efforts. As a Copado Release Manager, you will play a critical role in orchestrating the delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless releases while maintaining the integrity of our systems. Responsibilities:
1- Release planning and coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to define release objectives, scope, and timelines. Develop detailed release plans, considering dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
2- Copado Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for our Copado release management platform. Configure Copado pipelines, branches, and automation processes to streamline release activities.
3- Environment Management: Manage Salesforce environments across the development lifecycle, including sandbox, testing, and production environments. Ensure environments are properly provisioned, configured, and synchronized.
4- Change Management: Implement effective change management practices to assess the impact of proposed changes and ensure proper governance. Coordinate change approvals and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
5- Release Execution: Oversee the execution of release activities, including deployment planning, execution, and validation. Monitor release progress, address issues promptly, and ensure releases are delivered on schedule.
6- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of release processes, configurations, and procedures. Generate reports to track release metrics, performance, and compliance with established standards.
Skills & requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Copado Release Manager, including hands-on administration of the Copado platform.
- At least 3 years in Copado release management, with a focus on Salesforce.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools and methodologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex release issues and dependencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
