Job Description
- Provide day-to-day support to end users, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user training.
- Implement and manage automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to meet departmental and management requirements.
- Monitor and manage data integrity, system security settings, and compliance policies (eg, login history, sharing rules, password policies).
- Coordinate and oversee system upgrades, patches, and Salesforce release cycles.
- Manage data imports/exports using Data Loader, Dataloader.io, and similar tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage thirdparty integrations and APIs.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 57 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
- Experience with data management and data migration tools (Data Loader, Dataloader.io).
- Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
- Experience with third-party integrations and API-based connections.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global stakeholders.
- Ability to work in overlapping time zones (for meetings with US East Coast teams).
Good To Have Sk ills:
- Exposure to Agentforce (nice to have).
- Prior experience in reputed organizations with stable career history.
- Consistent academic background (10th, 12th, and Degree)
