Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Patient Collection Executive with at least 1 year of experience in US healthcare collections. The role involves managing outstanding balances, following up with patients to collect bad debts, and ensuring timely resolution of payment issues while maintaining a patient-focused approach.
