Job Title: Field Sales Officer
Locations: Guntur / Bangalore / Vijayawada
Company: Home Credit India Pvt. Ltd.
Joining: Immediate joiners required

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell HomeCredit financial products.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation to customers.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely loan processing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum education: 10th pass / 12th pass
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good CIBIL score is mandatory
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Willingness to work in a field sales role
• Must be target-oriented and self-motivated

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to 20,000 CTC
• Incentives: Up to 8,000 per month
• Petrol allowance: 3,200 per month

Additional Information:

• Full-time field sales role
• Local travel required
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately
