Mid level + Senior-Level Interviewing & Evaluation: Conduct 1015 interviews per month for mid- and senior-level roles, evaluating cultural fit, leadership capability, and domain expertise, and presenting the strongest profiles for final discussions with Directors and Senior Management Qualifications & Experience 2530 years of strong HR experience, including at least 10-15 years in senior/leadership HR roles. Should have served as Head HR / CHRO / Head Talent Acquisition or equivalent in reputed organizations. Experience in financial services, BFSI, consulting, treasury, or wealth management is preferred. Deep expertise in senior-level hiring, candidate assessment, and leadership evaluation. Strong intuition and passion for understanding people, talent quality, and organizational fit. Excellent communication, decision-making, and people-judgement skills. Comfortable working in a flexible, part-time, consulting, or retainer capacity.
