Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for overall operational performance of the assigned branch/Hub, ensuring reliable daily execution, service quality and shift operations.
The role involves managing operational challenges, onboarding the manpower vendors, and driving process discipline to enhance service performance and floor efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive daily operational performance and process adherence at the assigned hub/branch.
Ensure floor hygiene and timely resolve operational exceptions at the assigned hub/branch.
Ensure docket quality from weight correctness upload, Drive documents and POD Hygiene
Coordinate pickup and delivery at branch level.
Ensure timely connections across inbound and outbound hub operations
