Were looking for a Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead the development of innovative GenAI and NLP-based systems.
As part of this role, youll work on advanced ML models, LLM pipelines, and collaborate across teams to solve real-world problems.
Youll also mentor junior team members and potentially lead key topics in AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ML algorithms, LLM-based pipelines, and NLP solutions
- Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and patterns
- Write production-grade Python code following best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, GenAI, and NLP
- Integrate models into production systems
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
Must-Have Skills:-
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science / AI Engineering
- Strong Python programming skills
- Expertise in ML algorithms and classical NLP techniques
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, Langchain, LLamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
