About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making.
Deliver advanced analytical solutions for data science projects as an individual contributor.
Collaborate with senior associates to enhance operational efficiency in existing processes.
Generate data-driven ideas and actionable recommendations to improve business excellence.
Apply structured project management with clear documentation and communication.
Maintain SOPs and quality checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.
Manage internal customer expectations across multi-channel analytics and ad-hoc requests.
Support targeting, segmentation, predictive analytics, and resource optimization initiatives.
Explore and integrate generative AI and LLM technologies into analytics workflows.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align analytics with product development goals.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in data science, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors
Strong foundation in statistics, predictive analytics, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms
Proficiency in Python; familiarity with R is a plus
Proven ability to solve complex problems with creative, data-driven solutions
Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with global teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
Bachelor s degree in a related field; Master of Science or MBA strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
