Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. **Design and Development:**
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Utilize REFramework to build scalable and robust automation workflows, ensuring best practices are followed.
2. **Document Understanding:**
- Leverage Document Understanding capabilities to create automated processes that efficiently extract and process data from various documents.
- Develop and integrate OCR solutions to enhance data capture accuracy and efficiency.
3. **Technical Expertise:**
- Serve as a subject matter expert in UiPath technologies, mentoring junior developers and guiding teams on RPA best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, optimizing and refactoring code as necessary to maintain process efficiency.
4. **Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business processes, ensuring RPA solutions align with business goals.
- Engage with stakeholders to define automation objectives and assess the feasibility of RPA initiatives.
5. **Documentation:**
- Document automation processes, technical specifications, and design documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.
- Create user manuals and provide training to end-users on RPA tools and processes.
6. **UiPath Certification:**
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UiPath technologies and best practices, actively pursuing certification and continuous education in RPA tools and methodologies.
7. **Performance Monitoring:**
- Monitor and analyze the performance of RPA solutions, implementing enhancements to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards within the RPA framework.
8. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation across the organization, actively contributing to a culture of innovation.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in RPA technologies to continuously improve automation strategies.
