- Deep knowledge of data management in cloud and big data analytics and have proven delivery experience in
- Building solutions
- Building capability and handling large teams and
- Proven thought leadership
- Hands on knowledge with all Big data analytics platforms and cloud data engineering stack
- Experience in designing and implementing robust data solutions, extensive experience in cloud-based technologies, and expertise in a variety of data-related tools and languages.
- Have knowledge on Cloud computing platforms including Azure, Databricks and Snowflake
- Knowledge on Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Splunk, Datadog
- Experience with data modelling, data quality, data discoverability and governance tools
- Strong technical and hands on experience in building analytics applications
- Should have deep knowledge of complex solution architecting; have worked on various technologies, application space, data security and governance
- Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution, change management and client influencing skills
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal formal and informal).
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a team player and enjoy working in a cooperative and collaborative team environment.
- Adaptable to new technologies and standards.
- 8-11 years of experience in the industry with at least 5 years in a technology leader role
