Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for production systems and applications.
Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline system operations and improve service reliability.
Manage and monitor system configurations, troubleshoot environment and performance issues.
Identify and implement opportunities for system performance tuning, resiliency, and scalability.
Plan, document, and deploy applications and services across Unix/Linux, Azure, and GCP environments.
Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the release lifecycle, ensuring smooth deployments and rollbacks.
Enhance release and deployment processes through automation and standardization.
Manage infrastructure resources and coordinate maintenance and downtimes across Production and Non-Production environments.
Participate in on-call support rotation (one week per month) for after-hours incident response and maintenance.
Contribute to post-incident reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives for system reliability.
