Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design and oversee the technical and integration architecture of our BMP / Modernized OPUS systems. You will work closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable, and modern solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain system architecture, interfaces, and integration patterns.
- Produce and maintain architecture artefacts, including decision logs, component interaction diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
- Provide guidance to development teams on technology stack and coding standards.
- Lead solution design for Non-Functional Requirements like security, performance, availability, and scalability.
- Work with Agile teams to ensure alignment with IT strategy and architecture standards.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends, including GenAI-assisted development.
- Mentor development teams and ensure quality across technical artefacts.
- Travel to client locations as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, MCA, M.Sc, MBA in IT/Systems/Finance/Insurance.
- 1015 years of software development experience; minimum 3 years as a technical/solution architect.
- Hands-on experience with modern web application architecture, Microservices, and system integration.
- Strong expertise in Java development, document databases (MongoDB), and Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Experience with container platforms, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), Jira, automated testing tools.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and solution design skills.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with BMP/OPUS architecture and ACM processes is a plus
