PCT Presumptive Coliform Test / Most Probable Number MPN Test.

Microbial Limit Test MLT, TPC & Yeast / Mould Test.

Detection of E.coli, S. aureus, Salmonella, P. aeruginosa, Shigella, B.cereus.

Thermophilic & Thermoduric Test.

Air monitoring (Air exposure).

Water testing (microbial / chemical analysis).

Raw material & Finish Product Test.

Audit knowledge , (BIS) & (ICDS).

FSSAI / CCP (Critical Control Point) & GMP / GLP knowledge.

Instrument Calibration & Validation knowledge.

Documentation Record knowledge.
