About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and highly organized Analyst Relations Manager to build and strengthen Newgens relationships with top industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC) and influential research & advisory firms worldwide. You will be responsible for positioning Newgen as a leader in the AI-first, low-code automation space by driving meaningful engagements, influencing key reports (Magic Quadrants, Waves, Market Guides, SPARK Matrix, etc.), and amplifying analyst insights across our go-to-market motions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with key analysts to influence perceptions and coverage.
  • Drive regular analyst briefings, inquiries, demos, and executive interactions to showcase platform capabilities and customer success stories.
  • Coordinate timely responses for major reports (e.g., Gartner MQ, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape, SPARK Matrix) from narrative creation to data collation and submission.

2. Content & Narrative Development

  • Craft compelling analyst narratives, positioning documents, competitive differentiators, and corporate decks aligned with Newgens brand story.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to translate technical capabilities into crisp, analyst-ready messaging.
  • Create briefing books, talking points, and executive summaries for leadership before analyst interactions.

3. Program Management

  • Own the full lifecycle of analyst evaluations timelines, RFI/RFP responses, demos, feedback cycles, and internal stakeholder coordination.
  • Maintain a central calendar of analyst interactions, key report deadlines, and engagement plans.
  • Track analyst mentions, coverage, and sentiment to inform strategy and leadership decisions.

4. Amplification & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with PR, brand, content, and demand generation teams to amplify analyst quotes, reports, and recognitions across earned, owned, and paid channels.
  • Support sales and field enablement by creating analyst-driven collateral (e.g., battlecards, MQ positioning slides, Wave differentiator decks).
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and industry teams to leverage analyst insights for GTM campaigns, events, and CXO engagement.

5. Metrics & Reporting

  • Track and report on AR impact including coverage wins, sentiment shifts, MQ/Wave positioning improvements, share of voice, and GTM amplification ROI.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on analyst feedback, competitive trends, and internal business priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, or Strategic Communications within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record managing Gartner, Forrester, and IDC evaluations.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong program management and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise technology landscape preferably in automation, AI, low-code, or BFSI domains.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into crisp narratives that influence external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with and managing multi-region AR programs. Established analyst network and relationships.
  • Comfort working closely with C-suite executives and product leaders
  • Data-driven mindset able to track, measure, and communicate impact.
