Job Description

• Ensuring the line clearance before startup of the various manufacturing operations.
• Responsible for performing the in-process quality control tests for the tablets.
• Responsible for verification of area related log books and material before processing of the operation.
• Responsible for performing and maintaining the online documentation.
• Monitor the parameters product wise without fail as per
• Responsible for performing the sampling for the in-process and finished product for analysis sample sub-mission to the QC.
• Responsible for performing the reconciliation and documents reviews.
• Responsible for review of BMR and monthly calibration records, etc.
• Monitoring of production activities dispensing to product release.
• Handling and calibration of all IPQA instruments like Friability (Electrolab model-EF-2) DT-Apparatus (Electrolab model-ED-2AL), Pharma tester (INKARP/TDH PLUS instruments) etc.
• Responsible for performing the validation batches and hold time study samples and review of validation protocols.
• Responsible for performing to involve on internal and external audits.
