Role: Customer Service Trainee
Location: Greater Noida (On-site)
Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support in a fast-paced international voice process environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operations and project tasks.
- Learn and apply industry-specific skills under supervision.
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and team meetings.
- Work on assigned projects and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as per company standards.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts and from the office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with customer service processes.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Must be a recent Graduate/Post-Graduate (2024/2025)
