Home Testing Officer - Field Sales Executive @ Lenskart

Job Description

,We are seeking enthusiastic and customer oriented Home Testing Officers to conduct home-based eye testing and vision assessments for customers in Hyderabad. The role involves visiting assigned customers homes, performing eye check-ups using provided tools, showcasing different lenses, and assisting them in choosing the best eyewear options. Comprehensive training will be provided to all selected candidates.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• This is a field work and you have to visit customers homes.

• Conduct basic eye and vision tests using company-provided equipment which is 20 Kg Bag
  
• Explain test results and recommend suitable lenses or eyewear products.
  
• Showcase and demonstrate various lens and frame options.
  
• Ensure professional behavior and excellent customer service at all times.
  
• Handle testing tools and equipment responsibly.
  
• Follow company safety, hygiene, and operational protocols during field visits.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Any Graduate (Freshers can also apply).
  
• Experience: 0 to 2 years (Training will be provided).
  
• Location Preference: Candidates residing in Hyderabad are preferred.

• Only Male Candidate's can apply and bike is mandatory for this profile.
