Job Description

As a Lead Associate - Business Analytics with 4-6 years of experience, your role will encompass overseeing and driving business intelligence initiatives, managing data analytics programs, demand forecasting and planning for revenue and traffic for key businesses of Myntra, program management of key growth projects and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. Your expertise in interpreting data, developing insights, implementing strategic solutions and critical program management will play a vital role in optimizing business performance.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Derive business intelligence strategies to meet organizational goals.
Manage data analytics programs to extract meaningful insights and drive informed decision-making.
Use planning tools, MS excel, google sheets for demand, revenue and traffic planning and forecasting for key businesses
Negotiate and program manage with central team for demand and traffic planning.
Oversee the design and execution of BI tools and dashboards for effective data visualization (if the need arise)
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all platforms.
Monitor and analyze BI, business and analytics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Liaise with critical cross functional teams such as category management, product management, storefront team, marketing analytics team and BI team to own and lead end to end projects relevant to the business
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data analytics and forecasting
