Job Title: Senior Consultant Power BI
Job Date: 13-10-25
Job Location: India (90% Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: As a Senior Consultant for Power BI, you will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and optimizing business intelligence solutions for our European clients. This role technical expertise, client engagement, and team-building responsibilities to strengthen
our Power BI practice.
Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with European and international clients to analyze business needs and reporting requirements.
Design, develop, and implement Power BI dashboards and reports.
Provide best practice guidance on data visualization and reporting strategies.
Build client confidence by showcasing expertise and innovative solutions.
Optimize and troubleshoot existing dashboards to enhance performance.
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and updates.
Prepare documentation such as process maps, technical specifications, and user guides.
Mentor and develop a team of Power BI consultants, promoting knowledge sharing.
Support project planning, estimation, and status reporting.
Identify opportunities to implement innovative solutions within client environments and propose them actively.
Assist in pre-sales activities by providing relevant knowledge and expertise.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
5-6 years of experience in business intelligence, with a minimum of 5 years in Power BI.
Expertise in Power BI with cloud-based data warehousing (Azure SQL, Snowflake, or Oracle).
Strong knowledge of Power Query, DAX, and SQL.
Experience with Power BI governance: security, scalability, and design best practices.
Hands-on experience integrating Power BI with SAP and generating paginated reports and mobile-friendly templates.
Familiarity with data integration tools like Azure Data Factory or SSIS.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and Teams.
Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics (a plus).
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.
