Company: Canara (Cross-Sell Division)
Location: Madurai
CTC: 9 Lakh per annum
Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Agency & Direct Channel
Strong experience in Team Handling and Business Development

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Cluster Business Head to lead and manage business operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in cross-sell, channel management, and team leadership, with the ability to drive revenue growth and ensure high productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales

Drive sales targets and ensure monthly/quarterly business achievement.
Lead cross-sell strategies for insurance, loans, and financial products.
Expand business through channel partners, agency network, and direct sales teams.

Channel Management

Manage and develop Agency Channel and Direct Channel business.
Build strong relationships with partners, agents, and customers.
Ensure seamless coordination between clusters, branches, and sales teams.

Team Leadership

Handle a team of sales managers, executives, and cluster staff.
Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of team members.
Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.

Operations & Compliance

Ensure adherence to company guidelines and compliance policies.
Monitor branch-level operations and resolve escalations.
Maintain accurate MIS reports and business updates.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, bank assurance, or cross-sell roles.
Strong knowledge of agency and direct channel sales.
Proven team handling experience and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple branches.
