About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions for BMP platforms. You will collaborate with Agile teams and guide technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide architectural and technical consultancy for BMP asset development and rollout.
- Design and implement solutions using Java Microservices, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Kafka, and related technologies.
- Lead Agile teams technically, define IT standards, and ensure component integrity.
- Maintain high-quality deliverables through reviews, audits, and best practices.
- Mentor team members and promote continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and developers for successful project delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process and architecture improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1015 years in software development; minimum 3 years as Technical Architect.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, including security, scalability, performance, and availability.
- Hands-on experience with cloud (AWS/Azure), containerization, and microservices.
- Proficient in Java Spring Boot, Angular, MongoDB, Kafka, Open API, Async API.
- Experience with DevOps tools: GitHub, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jira, Sonar, JUnit.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
