Job Description
- Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performing web applications using React.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers.
- Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality code. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
- Drive best practices in front-end architecture, including performance, accessibility, and responsive design.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in front-end development with at least 3 years in a lead role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- In-depth knowledge of React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux or Context API).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Proficient in code versioning tools such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
