• IT Helpdesk/Service Desk (L1) role.
  
• Hands-on experience writing and running PL/SQL queries.
  
• Proven experience working with ITIL frameworks (Incident, Change, Release).
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
• ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus.
  
• BANKING DOMAIN is mandatory.
