Key Responsibilities :
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles using Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre , and Cutshort .
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings , scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor sourcing strategies.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future hiring needs.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements:
5 to 8years of IT recruitment experience.
Proficiency in sourcing using Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre , and Cutshort .
Strong understanding of technical roles and IT terminologies .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work from the Bangalore office 3 days a week.
