Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Collaborate with the city teams and HR team to maintain a positive and compliant workplace by handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, managing conflicts, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies
  • Conflict resolution: Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, mediating conflicts and resolving grievances in a timely and effective manner.
  • Investigations: Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints and disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and consistent processes.
  • Legal compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies by staying updated on legal changes and providing guidance to management.
  • Policy and procedure: Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating workplace policies, procedures, and programs related to employee conduct and relations.
  • Risk mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to prevent future employee relations issues and mitigate legal exposure.
  • Training and development: Coach managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and other employee relations topics.
  • Employee engagement: Implement initiatives such as surveys, feedback channels, and recognition programs to promote a positive and engaged workforce.
  • Prevent any type of unionisation in the organisation and has ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and integrity.
