Job Description

We re looking for a Head of UX to lead our talented team of UI and UX experts and take our product design to the next level. This is a high-impact leadership role where you ll shape the future of our product experience by combining a deep understanding of user behavior and usability with creative, modern design leadership.
You should have a proven track record of building world-class software UI , especially for enterprise-grade products, and experience leading high-performing design teams.

What You ll Do
  • Lead and grow a cross-functional team of UI/UX designers and researchers
  • Set the design vision and drive a consistent, user-centered approach across all products
  • Build intuitive, elegant, and easy-to-use user interfaces for our software products
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional product experiences
  • Establish and scale design systems, tools, and best practices
  • Promote a culture of design excellence and innovation across the company
What We re Looking For
  • 15+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a design leadership role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing polished, enterprise-grade software UIs
  • Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor design teams
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or complex web applications.
  • Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) to communicate effectively with engineers.
  • Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design standards.
  • Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
