Your Impact OR Responsibilities:
Join the Global Finance Business Analytics (FBA) team Publicis Sapient s internal powerhouse for finance products and analytics. We build enterprise-wide financial solutions that are intelligent, intuitive, and actionable, leveraging future-ready technologies including AI and automation.
As a Manager in FBA, you ll be a strategic partner in shaping global finance reporting and analytics. You ll lead financial modeling, product development, data management, and dashboarding initiatives, while collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver insights that drive business decisions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in undefined spaces, brings a solution-oriented & business mindset, and is passionate about integrating future tech into finance.
- Lead automation and financial modeling initiatives across global finance.
- Build enterprise-wide finance products and analytics solutions.
- Conduct scenario analysis and simulations to support strategic decisions.
- Manage financial databases and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualization tools.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with business teams to gather inputs and deliver actionable insights.
Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience:
- 7 11 years of total experience, with 5+ years in financial modelling and analytics.
- Strong business acumen with strategic solutioning experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI report development.
- Exposure to AI implementation in finance is a plus.
- Proven expertise in data management and deriving insights for impact.
- Advanced skills in VBA automation and dashboard creation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.
Educational Qualifications:
CA / CFA / MBA / Engineer with a strong background in financial modelling, analytics, business partnering & product development.
