You will be responsible to drive growth through strategic partner development. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and enabling channel partners and resellers to effectively promote Busy Accounting Software, while ensuring strong sales performance and partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Channel Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
-Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners/resellers.
- Ensure smooth onboarding with the right tools, knowledge, and support.
2. Partner Enablement
- Conduct product training and provide pre-sales support.
- Collaborate on GTM activities, lead generation, and deal closures.
-Share updates on products and best practices regularly.
3. Sales & Performance Management
-Drive revenue growth via active partner engagement.
-Track performance, set targets, and support execution plans.
4. Reporting & Insights
-Maintain regular reports on sales metrics and partner activities.
-Share field insights to improve products and internal processes.
