NTT DATA- Hiring for Team Lead (Business Support Senior Analyst) in Gurgaon- Permanent Role

Job Type - Full-time - 1 side Cab

Work Timings: Hybrid 2 to 3 days : Mon to Fri, 12:30 PM to 10:30 PM ( 9 hrs working + 1hr break)

Location - NTT Data, Gurgaon


Role Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated individual with Project Management  and strong Pre-Sales expertise to lead project delivery while actively contributing to business development activities. This role requires a professional who can manage end-to-end project execution, engage with clients during the sales cycle, contribute to RFP/RFI responses, create proposals, and ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, to closure.
  • Define scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring communication, transparency, and timely reporting.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive mitigation planning.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and ensure profitability of engagements.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies or Waterfall processes (as per client/project needs).
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and governance
  • Collaborate with sales, business development, and solutioning teams during RFP/RFI processes.
  • Understand client needs, design tailored solutions, and create proposals, SOWs, and presentations.
  • Act as a bridge between technical, delivery, and sales teams to ensure solution feasibility.
  • Support client pitches, negotiations, and participate in orals/presentations.

Required Skills & Competencies:


  • Hospitality Experience is preferrable
  • Proven experience in Project Management (preferably PMP, Prince2, or Agile certified).
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT Services / BPO / Digital Transformation projects.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical and delivery roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with at least 23 years of Pre-Sales exposure.
