Job Description

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive with an IT background to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be willing to work flexible hours. Candidates must reside within a minimum 5 km radius from our office for easy commuting.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Offboarding
Labour Law Compliance
Laptop Recovery
Confirmations
Separation-Documentation
ID Cards
Bank Account Openings
HRMS - Profile creation/deletions
Timesheets - Inhouse & IND Onsite
BLR Office Attendance
Month Insurance additions & deletions

Preferred candidate profile

Background in IT (degree or relevant experience).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior HR experience, preferably in IT or tech-related companies.
Ability to work flexible hours as per business needs.
Must live within 5 km radius of the office.
