Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor test track utilization and reporting
• Vehicle verification and data entry in application tools
• Dispatch and follow-up of customer invoices
• Invoice ageing monitoring and reporting
• Vendor quotation follow-up and PR/PO management in SAP
• Coordination with Ambattur Plant for GRN/SE bill submission
• Vendor payment follow-up with Payables team
• Inventory monitoring and shortage alerts
• Maintenance and safety documentation
• Support for vehicle renewals (FC, Insurance, Pollution)
• AMC and legal compliance renewals
• Budget planning for expenditures

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 0 to 1 years of experience with project management knowledge
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical
• Strong SAP and utility maintenance knowledge
• Familiarity with ISO standards
• Good communication and coordination skills

Internal Interactions: Testing, Maintenance, SHE, Finance, S&P, and Marketing teams
External Interactions: OEM customers, vendors, and technical service providers
