Job Description
- We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive for our organization. Please find a few skill sets required for this requirement.
- - He/she should have worked in a 500-2000 staff-sized company.
- - Hands-on - HR Generalist Experience.
- - Candidates should have excellent communication skills.
- Roles and responsibilities:
- - The resource should have experience in onboarding, Separation and Documentation.
- - He/she should be involved in Laptop Recovery, issuing ID Cards, Bank Account Openings etc.
- - The resource should have experience of HRMS - Profile creation/deletions, Timesheets - Inhouse & IND Onsite.
- - He/she should be involved in employee attendance (Bangalore office), monthly insurance additions and deletions.
