Job Description

Opportunity - Freshers - Back Office Role.

Work Location - Hyderabad HCL Office

Survey No. 30, 34, 35 & 38, Avance Business Hub, Tower H08, Phoenix Infocity Pvt. Ltd SEZ, Hitec City-2, Hyderabad

Shift - 24/7 Work Environment

Candidates needs to be comfortable working from office and in rotational shift.

Weekend off will be any 2 days in a week not specifically Saturday or Sunday.

Note: This role is specifically for non-technical graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via email and chat support

- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues

- Develop strong communication and problem-solving skills

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Freshers from non-technical backgrounds (BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BMS, etc.)

- Good understanding of basic computer applications and software
