Manager - Accounts & Costing @ Leading Client

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to handle accounts, taxation, factory costing, invoicing, inventory control, and machine costing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and auditing, with excellent English speaking skills. This position is based in Neemrana.

• Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Develop and implement effective accounting procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits and reviews of financial records to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights on business performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure timely payment of taxes and other statutory dues.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and auditing, preferably in an MNC setting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, such as ICWA or MBA/PGDM.
• Experience in handling accounts, taxation, factory costing, invoicing, inventory control, and machine costing.
• Industry: Accounting / Auditing / Taxation.
• Qualification: I.C.W.A or Other Bachelor Degree.
