Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle international calls from clients across various countries, including US.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Work on rotational shifts, with a mix of day and night shifts available.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in an international call center or similar environment.
- Excellent English language proficiency (written & spoken).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
