Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Strategic & Chief of Staff Functions
- Partner with the HR IT Leader to align team goals with broader organizational strategy.
- Drive execution of key initiatives across HR technology, digital transformation, and workforce platforms.
- Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate leadership meetings: agenda setting, minutes, and action tracking.
- Act as a liaison between the HR team and other departments
Executive Assistant Functions
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings across time zones.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel: flights, hotels, visas, itineraries.
- Handle expense claims, reimbursements, and budget tracking for the HR IT function.
- Organize team offsites, workshops, and leadership events.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and meeting requests.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3+ years of experience in executive support, project coordination, or HR/IT operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, travel platforms, and expense management tools.
- Experience in HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) is a plus.
- High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management capability.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or HR/IT certifications preferred.
