The Technical Architect will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNows Employee Center (EC) migration for MTN Group, ensuring scalable, secure, and optimized platform delivery. This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, catalog design, integration, and agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design sessions for EC migration, including catalog rationalization and taxonomy mapping.
Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with MTNs business and IT strategy.
Collaborate with MTN OPCOs to validate catalog items and workflows.
Define and implement integration strategies with third-party systems (e.g., SAP, HRMS).
Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance across environments.
Provide technical oversight during development, testing, and deployment phases.
Support change management and documentation efforts.
Mentor developers and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years in IT with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture and development.
Proven experience in EC Portal migrations and catalog design.
Strong command of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and EC.
Hands-on experience with scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Experience with REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and orchestration.
