Business Analyst (Corporate Banking) @ Capgemini

Job Description

 About The Role  We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in Corporate Investment Banking domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and financial products, and will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to banking products.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.

Work closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of banking solutions.

Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation in banking solutions.

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with business users and technical teams.

Prepare detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data models.  Primary Skills  

8+ years of relevant experience of corporate banking products (e.g. Instruments, Party, Price, Rate, Rating, Transactions, Orders, Agreements, Positions, Payments, trade finance, Reference Data).

Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and with team, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
