Role Overview

The Area Revenue Head will lead a team of Relationship Managers/Revenue Leads to drive revenue growth, occupancy, guest experience, and partner satisfaction in the assigned territory. This is a field-intensive role requiring on-ground market visits and daily business ownership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to achieve revenue KPIs for the assigned territory
  • Drive occupancy, availability of sellable rooms and pricing strategy
  • Ensure collection of outstanding revenue/accounts receivables
  • Track market conditions, competition, and pricing trends
  • Prevent partner churn by addressing issues and ensuring strong relationships
  • Improve guest experience and ensure quality standards across properties
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve partner/customer escalations
  • Maintain sales trackers, MIS reporting and monthly reviews

Key Performance Indicators

  • Occupancy growth (URNs) month-on-month
  • Realization of PP (Prepaid) & PAH (Pay at Hotel) revenue
  • Daily Sellable Room Nights (DSRN)
  • Customer Experience (Cx) performance

Skills Required

  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Negotiation & relationship management
  • Excel, app usage, email writing, MIS reporting
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
  • Team handling & people leadership

Who Can Apply

  • 78 years of experience in Sales/Operations
  • Minimum 34 years of people management experience
  • Hospitality/Hotel industry experience preferred (not mandatory)
