Education Qualification - Graduation Statistics / Analytics
Exp - 2-5 Years Exp in Program Managing
Technical Skills:
Proficient with Excel
Basics of coding on R/ Python & SQL
Sound understanding of numbers and data
Business Role:
- Own strategy on revenue optimization and pricing with target-driven approach
- Analyze consumer behavior, market size & trends, and competitive positioning
- Identifying trends, patterns, outliers and deep dive on core issues & suggest solutions
- Identify growth opportunities of direct channel revenue - App, Web, Call Centre
- Control discounts, promotions, content & campaigns to achieve hotel level targets.
- Collaborate with marketing team on performance marketing campaigns to drive growth.
- Work with cross-functional teams - Operations, Marketing, Supply to drive issue resolution
- Creating dashboards for better visibility
- Accountability of targets & KRAs
