Job Description
Job Title: IT Recruiter
Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition/IT Recruiter.
Location: [Bangalore]
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, system administrators, data analysts, cybersecurity specialists).
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates using multiple channels including job boards, social media (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), networking, referrals, and recruitment events.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical assessments, interview panels, and feedback sessions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Negotiate offers, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Stay updated on emerging technology trends and competitive hiring practices in the IT industry.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for niche or senior-level technical roles.
- Knowledge of modern recruiting metrics and employer branding strategies.
- Technical certification or IT background is a plus.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Any Bachelors degree .
- Proven experience (1.5 to 3 years) in IT or technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skills (e.g., software development, cloud, infrastructure, data).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
