Job Description

We are hiring experienced professionals for a full-time International Voice US Mortgage Process. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in mortgage operations and international voice support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US mortgage loan queries.
  
• Assist customers with loan applications, documentation status, payment queries, and general mortgage assistance.
  
• Perform verification, data entry, and update loan information accurately in the CRM systems.
  
• Maintain compliance with US mortgage guidelines, quality standards, and data security norms.
  

Required Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice + Mortgage process (mandatory).
  
• Strong communication skills with neutral/US accent.
  
• Must be a Graduate (No BE/BTech allowed).
  
• Comfortable working in Night Shift.
  
• Candidates must be from Bangalore or Chennai only.
