Role: Manager-Cloud Infrastructure

Role description: This role is accountable for Cloud/DC IT infrastructure reliability, standards, security, efficiency, and best practices with efficient use of IT funds & resources.

Job Description:

• Collaboration with Engineering/Functional peers on IT Infra architecture/design and reinforcement of Cloud/DC IT Infrastructure best practices.
• Efficient and economical utilization of Cloud/DC IT infrastructure resources.
• Enhancing scalability and performance of existing Cloud/DC IT Infra architecture.
• Ensuring 100% backup, security & licensing compliance.
• Ensuring 100% BCP readiness related to cloud IT Infrastructure.
• Ensuring 100% documentation, adherence and reinforcement of policies, processes, procedures related to IT infrastructure management.
• Ensuring committed SLA adherence to Cloud/DC IT Infrastructure metrics.
• Implementing tight cost controls for Cloud/DC IT infrastructure spend.
• Managing on-time, efficient and economical cloud IT resource provisioning.
• Managing/supporting projects related to Cloud/DC IT Infrastructure.
• Presenting key performance metrics and risks related to Cloud/DC IT Infrastructure to management.
• Providing subject matter expertise for cloud practices (AWS).
• Implement vulnerability fixes, proactive monitoring solutions and cloud best practices/standards.

Qualification:

• Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud administration & cloud economics
• MCA or Engineering degree preferred
• AWS cloud certified admin preferred
