Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement company-wide security policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure protection of people, property, and assets.
- Supervise and manage security staff and outsourced agencies.
- Oversee CCTV, access control, and surveillance systems.
- Handle incident response, investigations, and emergency situations.
- Liaise with police, fire, and local authorities on security matters.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company safety norms.
- Train employees and security teams on safety and vigilance.
- Prepare security budgets and reports for management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 10-20 years of experience in industrial, corporate, or facility security management.
- Background in Defence / Paramilitary / Law Enforcement preferred.
- Strong leadership, crisis management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of modern security systems, fire safety, and emergency response protocols.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with electronic security tools.
