Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Review requests for US Mortgage to ensure they are complete and can be moved to underwriting.

Conduct comprehensive reviews of complete applications.
Perform financial analysis to determine borrower eligibility based on investor or insurer programs and guidelines.
Issue approval letters to customers and monitor trial periods, if applicable.
Generate final terms for workout agreements.
Collaborate with the title team to review property reports and ensure clear title for modifications.
Process reviews and handle No Doc & Streamline related programs
Partner with vendors to generate modification and partial claim documents.
Review and quality check executed modification/partial claim documents for accuracy.
Initiate document recording with the County Clerks Office.
