Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Authoriser to manage high-value transactions and ensure operational excellence at the branch This role involves servicing walk-in customers, generating leads, cross-selling ficial products, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and audit requirements The Authoriser will also act as a key custodian and play a pivotal role in maintaining service quality and team coordination Service walk-in customers across all segments with professionalism and efficiencyGenerate leads for New-To-Bank customers and cross-sell products such as Term Deposits (TD), Mutual Funds (MF), CASA, and GoldEnsure regulatory and procedural compliance across all branch operationsCoordinate and support branch auditsDeliver service excellence to enhance customer retention and cross-sell opportunitiesAuthorize and verify entries made by Relationship Officers (RO) and Service Officers (SO)Review end products and clear transactions of 10 lakhs and aboveAct as vault/key custodian and ensure secure handling of branch assetsJob Classification
