The L1 Engineer will provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for network and system issues. The role involves managing incidents, maintaining logs, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Provide first-line technical support via call, chat, or email.
Maintain accurate logs and incident notes.
Coordinate escalation to higher-level support teams when required.
Clear and effective communication in English and Hindi.
Strong problem-solving mindset and teamwork.
Ability to work under pressure with good time management.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Basic transport technologies: NPT, EPT, CEN, SDH.
Basic data/IP technologies: MPLS, Internet, SDWAN, Firewall.
Experience with ticketing systems.
Basic networking concepts understanding.
